She offered to pay for a hotel room for the woman and her children, who Symoné discovered were sleeping in the bathroom stall.

“I wanted to share this because I kept thinking, how many people came into the bathroom and heard her crying for hours? They didn’t know there were kids and kept going… I’m glad I said something because she was super sweet and appreciative, and she had babies with her,” Symoné wrote.
